RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To start a return, email support@sivron.co with your order number. We will respond within 24 hours with the next steps. Please wait to hear back from us before sending anything back.

Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will resolve it immediately — in most cases without requiring a return.
